If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 7 days from the delivery date. That’s the best guarantee we could provide at the moment. BOOKECART.COM only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from delivery.
7 DAY RETURN POLICYReceive a full refund for any reason if you return a product within 7 days of the delivery date that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all items delivered with the product.
Missing/Damaged Fee :For products returned with the following conditions below, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
1. Wear and tear on the product like small scratches, slight damages/tears on pages, covers, bindings (in case if it is a book), damages, dents, abrasion, missing parts due to mishandling (for items other than books).
2. Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories.
3. Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
4. Damage incurred during the return shipping process
5. Tampered / Missing barcode from the product Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories.
Return Policy Exceptions :Products received with physical damage must be reported to BOOKECART.COM within 2 days of the delivery date.
Products purchased as USED BOOKS or OPEN BOX ITEMS cannot be returned. All Used Book/ Open Box sales are final. Sold items have been inspected/tested and are guaranteed to be functional. We do not accept returns of the following items:
1. Magazines
2. Periodicals
3. Educational CDs or products that entails registration in order to be used, products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate handling that were damaged (torn pages, damaged bindings, torn covers etc. ) due to rough use or mishandling issues will not be accepted as returns.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility near Kolkata. If you’re returning the product directly to our team member, the refund will be issued in cash then and there after verifying the product condition. If you’re sending the product through post/courier, the charge will be refunded to your bank account within 7 business days after we receive the product. The original receipt must be produced at the time of refund.
RETURN PROCESS
If you would like to return a product, it is required to either call us as soon as possible at (+91)9051850022 or send us an email at orders@bookecart.com . All returns must be authorized. If the return is made through BookeGo (logistic wing of Bookecart), our team member will verify the condition of the product and give you the refund then and there in cash, if applicable. If the return is made through by post/courier, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product. In all other cases, the refund will processed within 10 business days after we receive the product.

CANCELLATIONSIf you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please call us as soon as possible at (+91)9051850022 and quote your order number . If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days if the payment has been made online. If it has left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days of the shipment being returned to us.
